    I am a Realtor in Florida, NOT in MI where this review is from, so this should not be on my professional work page. Regardless, here's what occured... I received a text from someone asking what the requirements to rent my personal home in MI were. I stated that there are no specific requirements, other than you have decent credit and income. I was then asked if his large dogs were acceptable & that he was moving w/ his girlfriend from her father's place. Being that he had no verifiable arm's length tenant history with another landlord, this set off a red flag. At that point I told him it might not be a good fit but he should still see the property. He wanted accommodations for a different time than what the open house was set for because his girlfriend couldn't make it. I told him this was not possible, being that I was in Florida at the time, and we hand out applications (free of charge) to people that go to the open house. He did not like the answers to his questions, hence the false professional review. The property did in fact rent to a very nice couple who came to the open house that day.
